Contract for the Supply of Goods

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and ROMO. unless, and until, an email is sent by ROMO. to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by ROMO. of your offer to buy goods from ROMO. and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

ROMO. are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Processing of orders
- Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
- Some items may be unavailable.
- We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 17.5%.
- Shipments to Non-EU countries are not charged VAT.
- Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on ROMO to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Governing Law
All purchases from ROMO are subject to English Law.

ROMO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the ROMO site.

Our Refund Policy
Our refund policy is that if for any reason whatsoever after 90 days you wish for a refund in respect of a product you have bought from us then we will refund 85% of your money (less 15% handling charges) as long as the returned goods are serviceable.
